A passion for connecting with women in a down to earth way.

Our aim is to study and understand the loneliness epidemic among women and offer support.

The Importance of Mental Health For Women

We will define loneliness as the lack of social and emotional support. Let’s see what both are made of.

Emotional Support

  • Active listening
  • Sharing experiences
  • Compassion & Empathy
  • Validating feelings
  • Offering reassurance

  • Quality time with others

“I think loneliness makes you realize that you want to have a genuine, consistent, and down to earth friend, who you can walk, talk and laugh through life with. Who enjoys hearing your voice and laughter just as much you enjoy theirs.”
